First Attempt has no mailbox, contact form or phone line. Questions about your own registration, score or credential can only be settled by the organization that owns the exam, so the list below sends you straight there.
Questions about a specific exam
Fitness
- NASM-CPT: NASM handles purchases, the exam window that starts at purchase, retests and recertification. Appointment changes after booking go through PSI.
- ACE CPT: ACE handles booking, accommodations, retake vouchers and recertification.
Nursing
- CEN: BCEN handles eligibility, the email that opens your testing window, results and renewal. BCEN is the certifying board; ENA is a separate association.
- CMSRN: MSNCB handles applications, the Authorization to Test, application audits and recertification.
IT & Cybersecurity
- Security+: CompTIA handles vouchers, exam objectives and continuing education; Pearson VUE handles appointments and online proctoring.
